So I tried the for the steak and white cheese with the bistro French onion soup and I was told they don't carry that even though they have a big sign with it up.
I took this as a sign I should go somewhere else. The store manager should do a better job at keeping up stock on items.
Way overpriced. $20 for a half sandwich, very small portion of soup, pop and a couple brownies. $2.50ish, per brownie. They were, at least, day old and hard as a rock. One was upside down, so the icing was stuck to the bottom of the box. The soup is good, but not worth the money. Half the time they are out of something or other, and we have to order something else. The older male cashier is very agressive, with little patience. My suggestion, pick somewhere else to eat.
So I figured I'd go with my tried and true Cobb salad and they couldn't do that either.
Good reliable food. When you go to Panera you know what you are going to get. I do like the bread bowls and get a box of bagels to go quite frequently. It is just a very consistently good place to go.
Been there a few times, about 2 months ago I tried to order 2 different items but hey didn't have the ingredients to make the items.
Love their mac 'n cheese. Sandwiches are tasty. Soups are fabulous. Gave it 4 stars because it is somewhat pricey.
Then today I went in and I asked for a steak and arugala sandwich with extra pickled onions and they were out.
Horrible customer service! I ordered Rapid Pick-Up from home for my husband to pick up on his way home (we live 20 min away). Not only was the order not ready at the appointed time, but he had to wait in line to ask for it. He asked about the free treat for having to wait an extra 12 minutes for the food, and they told him that didn't apply because the order was ready but just wasn't on the Rapid Pick-Up shelf (even as he saw them putting the order together right in front of him, right at that second). Then he got home, only to see that it was the wrong order! I called both their 855 help number (which kept me on hold for 20 minutes), and the actual store which could not stop my card from being charged for food I did not receive. They are sending me a gift card but I'm still extremely unsatisfied with what happened and how this was handled.
