I stopped in to get some info and take a look at a new mountain bike, and was immediately greeted by Richard. I told him what I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction. He was very friendly and not pushy whatsoever. He said take my time and let him know as soon as I had questions. He ended up showing, and letting me ride multiple bikes so that I could find the right one for me. He was very knowledgeable and set me up with the perfect fit for me. I was very impressed and will definitely be back thanks to the great customer service he provided.

Absolutely fantastic bike store. Have been assisted by both Richard and Kyle. Friendly, helpful, and go the extra effort. Cannot say enough positive things about them and the store. Excellent selection, clean, and know their customers. One of the things I especially appreciated was being listened to as a female rider. Is just a great bike and ski store. Have bought rwo bikes and ski boots from them. Excellent service and advice on all the purchases.
