As far as the staff that I have been working with all these years, they deserve a high grade, but after 14 years receiving medications prescribed by the Pain Clinic, and to be told that "we don't do that anymore (a business decision)" makes you wonder what are they thinking? I tried to make an appointment to talk with one of the doctors, but they didn't want to meet with me. They, all of a sudden, won't prescribe medicine!!! Where do I go? Oh, go to your primary physician. No they can't prescribe your medication. So where do I go?? Sorry it was a business decision!! Can you imagine how angering it is to be told basically, "leave me alone, I don't want to talk about it, we don't have any ideas for you, you are on your own." What kind of clinic calls themselves a "pain" clinic and causes the pain they've created?? Not one I want to go to. For me, it's a human decision!!!
I have been receiving treatment from this pain clinic for a number of years due to a chronic deterioration in my lower back. To maintain as much mobility in my active lifestyle i have been treated very well by staff and doctor. The one outstanding thing is the attending physician is very thorough with explanation in laymen terms, options, additional resources of maintaining mobility ie exercises, etc . What is nice is the staff are friendly and informative.
