I live in another state and requested a flowering plant to be delivered to a friend having surgery in a local hospital in a week. They followed my request to a "T" Everything was perfect and they sent me a photo of the plant as I requested on the day of the delivery. Shanna was very pleasant on the phone, even when I called back to change the wording on my note. All in all, I couldn't have been more satisfied with the customer service.
