Poor customer service!! I am disappointed to have driven an hour today to return an item to this store, only to have no one working a customer service counter to accept a return. I was told I would have to get in line behind the other at least 20 people waiting to check out. Really??? I walked out and will not return. The $25 item that I stood in line for 15 minutes to purchase wasn’t worth spending another 1/2 hr to return it.
Manager was awesome helping me with my discount...it took a while but she got it. Thanks so much!
I am a yarn shopper and my Jo-Ann's has a pretty good selection. The salespeople are so helpful and friendly!! It is my favorite craft store in town!
I love this store. Doesn't matter if you're a sewer, knitter, or do any kind of paper craft, they'll have what you need.
This store has almost everything. I don't like that the store restricts it's 40%, 50%, and 60% off coupons to the less expensive, non vender items. The computerized die cutting machines, sewing machines, manual die cutters and dies, type writers just to name a few are not allowed to be purchased with the coupons and I do understand why but wish they would allow it on the paper crafting machines and sewing machines once or twice a year. Otherwise customer service is very good and the store is clean.
