We went in looking for a couch and Tina and Michael were awesome. They took the time to get to know us and were patient to allow us many different settings to finally get what we were looking for.
Amazing service through and through!! Matthew was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and the atmosphere there was wonderful. All of the staff was very helpful - and super nice!!! In store options were great, found the one I ordered online and they got it for me AND the price was lower... Very impressed, will be back for more in a couple years!
My wife and I went to multiple stores in the area and found Furnish 123 was best for us. We received great service from a very nice and knowledgeable young man. We had many questions and all were answered quick and efficient which made us feel comfortable and pressure free. We would recommend this business to friends and family in the future.
My niece and I went to 123 to purchase a living room set. We were told by the clerk (with the blonde manager standing next to her)that 123 could not guarantee the furniture set we decided on was in stock in Arcadia! (123 is actually Ashley Furniture) They also told us we would have to wait 5 days to find out if this set was in stock, at the warehouse and only WHEN it was on the truck to Eau Claire would they notify us of the delivery!!. Of course we had to pay for it before they would put this ghost furniture on order! WHAT??? ?Once it was on the truck". No guarantee they even had it in stock? Pay in advance for something we didn't know we could actually get??? We left and went to Slumberland who actually seemed to want our business.. I have been a retail manager for 30 years-never ever would I tell a customer they didn't know if they had the product, tell them to wait to find out and then insist on prepayment for the privilege.. No thanks.
I was doing some pillow shopping and worked with Josh T., a salesman there. He led me through all of the options and different types they had available. He was professional and not pushy, and made genuine suggestions. Good dude, I would refer my friends his way.
