When we opened our pool this spring, we had major issues with clarity and algae. Mark was able to hear our description & suggest products that were incredibly efficient and reasonably priced. We were ready to spend any amount of money to clear up and our pool, but it was nice to be able to fix our situation with minimal products because we followed Mark's advice.
We have owned a pool now for three years. We have used Poolman from day one and will never go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and will explain things so it is easy to understand. They will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and what is best for your pool's needs. Highly recommend!
We recently purchased a hot spot tub from Pool Man of Eau Claire. A few years back we stopped in while they were having a Anniversary party/sale. As much as we wanted to purchase at that time we were not ready. They had a promotion if you put money down on any tub in store, it would lock in the price for when we were ready to purchase whether that was months or years! We returned to the store a few years after locking in a price of a tub and that is the price we paid! Excellent customer service. They delivered our tub and gave us all the instructions needed to run and maintain our tub. Their financing was easy to understand and convenient deal. They are friendly and answered all of our questions. We will continue to follow Pool Man with maintence needs. I love that they are a local family business that has been open for over 20 plus years!
Wes was very knowledgeable in explaining everything for us to pick the right pool for us. We love it ! Have some issues with pool cover & heater, but Wes has handled everything & is great about returning phone calls. Barb & Wes are wonderful to deal with.
Trying to get service on a gas stove that they represent. No return calls and now they say "next week we will try to schedule you." Not an acceptable result. Terrible service
