One of your delivery drivers blew through a red light on Madison St by Kwik Trip this afternoon at about 4:00 and nearly hit me. Luckily I was able to stop and avoid a collision. He was obviously not paying attention as the light had been red for some time before he went through it. I had been waiting for the light to change while the traffic facing me had a green arrow before my light turned green. I did not get any information like a truck number, but hopefully you will be able to identify this driver by the time & location & address this issue.
At first loved them after two times then everything went down hill. Being late or wouldn't even show up for a month when it was suppose to be every other week and they didn't even let us know that our delivery guy was on vacation so no one showed up. Then we told them we do not want them to come anymore and the guy keeps coming anyways trying to get us back. Worst delivery service that i have dealt with.
After multiple times where we were told that the driver would be here on a certain day and never actually showing up on those days we decided to try online ordering when we were told it would be more reliable. Still no luck. Requesting a delivery on a Wednesday instead of a Friday didn't work and a call to Schwan's customer service was met with a very confused employee saying, I don't know what you are talking about. It must be nice to get paid for total incompetence. Where I work we have to actually do our jobs to earn a check.
I have cancelled service 4 times but yet the guy keeps showing up. This is bogus!!! Something needs to be done about this!!
