We have been with Brent since i was a child. Even though I'm down at madison for college i still stick with Brent because he treats you like family. Penny is like a mother to us. Always looking out for us. I had purchased renters insurances through Brent for my apartment in madison. Our neighbors apartment caught on fire and our storage was flooded and we had tons of smoke damage. Brent hooked us up with Catherine Morriss. She was our adjuster and she was amazing. She treated us like family and always kept in contact with us. She completed everything for us and we were compensated for our loss and broken items. I will stay with american family insurances for the rest of my life because they really do treat you like family. At least Brent and Penny and Catherine does.
