For the price, we we're very satisfied. We we're traveling across country and just needed a place to sleep for the night and this was just fine. Bed was comfortable and we had a small fridge and microwave. We had read some bad reviews and was very leery about staying here but we had no complaints. The staff was very friendly as well.
As a total, the hot tube was the best part and earned them one star. Otherwise, as a total experience, it was a complete waste of time and money. Never again.
The bed was awful. Clean and freshly made, yes. However, it was so uncomfortable. Noisy with a mix of feeling like we were on a slab and, if we moved we were made very aware of the springs in the mattress. It was so low to the ground we felt like we had to climb out of it.
This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. The lobby is a front for what appears to be a nice hotel. The bathroom was filthy , it was very bad. There was a smashed bug on the wall, hair in the shower and toilet dirty. There is not a no star option but that is my rating.
one word- bugs!!!!!! i woke up feeling like something bit me. once i turned on the lights. i some some bugs around the sink and bed. i couldn't sleep all night. i have two bites on me and so does my boyfriend. also, on every entrance there are huge dead bugs looking as big as cockroaches. They provided us with no shampoo. only two bottles of conditioner (one meant to be shampoo) we drove an hour from Minnesota here because there were no available rooms anymore, this has been the worst expierence at any hotel thus far. people be aware.
the room was nice, although needs updating. the heater was very loud. the bathroom fan was very loud. the outlet behind the nightstand looks like itcould come out ofthe wall. the phone worked although the buttons were diffcult to push.
The front desk person, after we waited for him to actually show up at the desk, was rude. Acted like we wete an inconvenience to him. He rushed us through signing paperwork. After very vaguely directing us to our room, he slipped away from the desk again.
The room itself was very outdated. We got the queen room with the hot tub for a mini stay-cation. The decoration was very awkward. The hot tub was great. We had to search for a place to plug our phone chargers in. Finally, we unplugged the alarm clock and the microwave to actually use an outlet.
It was so uncomfortable we only stayed a total of 2 hours. We left. A waste of money but i would rather waste money than damage my back. Mind you, we are in our early 30s.
