Nothing here stood out, except the noise level of the music, and the dirty floor that the idle hosts could have slept but chose instead to chit chat with the staff. Our dinner came to $50 including tip, (no apps, 1 beer, no dessert).
11/10 will probably never go back here again after tonight. Some friends and I went here to celebrate one of their birthdays and when we came in we told the host that there would be 6 of us and he brought us to a booth and pulled a chair over on the end from a table nearby. Two of my friends ordered drinks, only for the server to come back 2 minutes later to tell them that they didn’t have the ingredients to make the drinks, so they ordered different ones and it was the same situation. My friends ended up having to try to order 3 different drinks before finally getting one. Then, once we ordered we waited an hour to get our food. Our friend asked for no tomatoes on his burger and his burger came with tomatoes. During the time we were waiting, the manager came over and told our friend he couldn’t be sitting at the end of the table on a chair and he needed to get into the booth or move to the table across from us. We explained to him that our server sat us this way and he was rude and unapologetic. After that, it took 30 minutes for him to get another burger without the tomato. This whole thing was getting frustrating so we decided to just take our food and leave. Due to all the inconveniences we asked to speak with the manager, and the same guy who was rude earlier came over. We asked him for 15% off the HUGE order for all the trouble and all he would offer us is coupons for next time and to take the burger off the bill. He didn’t even apologize or care.
BWW, as always, has great food. The service is also top notch. The ONLY down side is that even when there isn't a full house and/or a major event on the televisions, they are WAY TOO LOUD !!! The server even had to yell so we could hear each other and there were only about 10 tables in the whole place. But, the for and service are awesome, so, 5 stars.
Food quality as expected from BWW. Always busy. But clean and organized. Great beer selection. Gluten free is possible, but needs review with wait staff.
Had dinner there this evening with my wife and son. It was 6pm, and there was immediate seating. The music was louder than I would have expected. It was hard to hear our conversations. Service was polite and efficient. My wife ordered the naked tenders, which was the only way to get a grilled chicken breast. I had the Boston beer burger. The bun was borderline stale, and the burger was overcooked. The onion rings were good. My son had chicken tenders, which were quite sizable. Overall the food was okay.
We were there for an hour before we got out our food, and when it finally came they gave us the wrong food. We had to wait another 30 minutes for them to fix it and, the manager was also rude to one of our guests for sitting where he had been told to by our waitress. Waitress was very nice and at least tried to help, but we will not be returning customers.
