Jamie squeezed us into his schedule bright and early, which was most appreciated. We had a backed up sewer main and he fixed it very promptly, and also allowed me to observe and ask questions. Unlike a lot of service men, he carries on a genuine conversation as he works quickly and efficiently. Very friendly, very professional.
We had a kitchen sink that was plugged. I tried snaking it myself and was unable to get it. Jamie did the same thing I did and then pulled out the big boy! Something was clogged pretty good but Jamie was bound and determined to get us up and running.

Hot water heater started leaking on Wednesday night, Service First had a new unit in place the following morning by 1100 A.M. Very friendly and professional service. After the installation, we had a concern about one of the fittings, Jamie was checking the fitting within 30 minutes of our call. Could use itemized billing. Very pleased.

This is my second experience with this company and I have zero complaints. They actually respond to emails, which is pretty unheard of in my experience. This is great because you can start the scheduling process in the middle of night, instead of waiting for business hours the next day. They are extremely prompt in responding and arriving for appointments. They are very courteous when they're in my house and they always take time to explain the problems. They also give great advice! I appreciated their honest opinions when figuring out if maintenance costs versus new costs are worth it. Their prices are fair and their service is truly great.
