Scheduled a truck 2.5 weeks in advance. The day before we were supposed to get the truck, we got a call that they didn't have a truck for us. No reason stated. We had already paid for it, and this totally left us scrambling to get a truck through a different company. We had a small window of about 36 hours to move our stuff. Luckily, we found a truck last minute through a much more reputable company. DO NOT rent from this company if you want a sure thing.
