I've tried several different travel agencies and Holiday Vacations is by far my favorite. I have traveled with them both in the states and internationally. Their tour directors have been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I like that there are no hidden costs. Their prices may seem higher up front but when you compare what they include which others may not, such as airport taxes their prices are comparable to other agencies. You don't have to pay a base price and then sign up and pay for separate sight seeing trips along the way. The hotels and provided meals have always been excellent. There is a good balance between sight seeing and some free time where you can either relax or do a little sightseeing on your own. I have always felt safe when I have traveled with Holiday Vacations and would recommend them to family and friends.
Be very careful if you plan on going to the San Fran - Napa Valley tour. It is not what they promise. We had an absolutely awful tour director. Very unprofessional & did not see what was promised. Step-on guide did not tell you about San Francisco but about her own life.
