They refused to help with a bat problem in our house and took days to fix issues when our hot water went out.
Properties way too overpriced for what you get. Literally left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in and still got $100 taken out of the security deposit. Highly recommend looking elsewhere
Do not expect your deposit check back, no matter if you clean everything to a better condition than you found it.
Respect the property & place you live in.
When scheduling tours they give you no heads up about when they will be coming. During a tour to a different house they were giving us, they kicked a guy out of the shower in order to show us the bathroom.
I have heard of no one who has had a good experience with them. FIND A DIFFERENT LANDLORD
Overpriced, difficult, and rude
I've gone through University Area Housing for the past three years. They have been great. If any issues arise, they take care of it promptly. Melissa at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and has kindly assisted me with every question I had. The maintenance guy rocks & goes above and beyond anything that needs a touch-up. University Area Housing was the right choice for my last few years in college.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. This company does not care about students and will overcharge for houses! Our house had a sinkhole and the landlord chose to "fix" it by putting a tarp over it. We also had a gas leak which they chose to "fix" by turning our gas off even after repeated calls that we needed our gas to heat our house. Our house was at a condition where it would likely need to be condemned.
DO NOT RENT FROM UAH. Their houses are cheap and poorly maintained. They literally stole SEVERAL HUNDREDS of dollars from me by ridiculously overclaiming damages on my secuirty deposit. Save yourself money and stress by avoiding this greedy company. Although, I would recommend them if you have a few hundred spare dollars laying around that you need to get rid of.
