I was at this location today around 3:00 PM to pick up some mail. While I was there, there were two women, both middle aged, one with short curly brown hair and one with medium length blonde hair. The woman with the shorter hair was very kind, direct, and helpful. However, the blonde haired employee was, for no apparent reason, incredibly rude the whole time: interrupting my conversation with the other employee to lecture me on the status of my mailbox, and responding belligerently to my simple questions. I appreciate, again, the help I received from the other employee. However, I hope the woman who decided to pass judgment on the ice mound near my mailbox becomes a little more discerning as to whether or not it's her place to "teach" future customers about the ramifications of not having it completely cleared.
