Unfortunately, I spoke too quickly. After a couple months of ordering 2-4 times per week, the past couple weeks have seen accuracy take a nosedive. This has come to a peak today, where I was advised by someone claiming to be a supervisor, that two delivery item charges apply for a single item. The last two times are the only time that has happened. On the same order, something was also forgotten. Coincidentally, this same item was also forgotten on one of last week's orders. Not only was I not offered any consideration for my trouble as a regular customer who has had to call on multiple occasions in a short time for forgotten items, I received an apology similar to that which would be given by a young child who was just scolded and doesn't really want to apologize. This isn't becoming to a business with several competitors very near.
The portions are great and better quality. Excellent customer service and have a lunch punch-card. Definitely come here when you are hungry though because otherwise it will be two meals.
*REVIEW UPDATED* I order delivery from this location on a relatively regular basis. They are often early compared to the estimated time. The portions are always large and high-quality. More importantly, the orders are ALWAYS accurate. These folks have never made a mistake on an order. Excellent!
