One of the better spas I have found that provides an experience with their massages - for the price. Through college I continually picked Lotus Spa for the tea room, steam room, products & experience each time. Wish it was closer to where I moved, it's hard to find a place that goes beyond the massage itself. Thanks for the great service!
Got a wax costing $65 here and was very excited but only received what looked like a botched shaving job. Many areas were not touched at all and the technician lied to the owner and told her I was given a mirror when I was not. There was not one spot that was smooth. After speaking to the owner she just said "Sorry, I wish you luck in the future though.". Will not be going back and I'll be telling all my friends about this.

I had a facial with Mary when I was in Eau Claire visiting family at the end of June. I loved the fact that Lotus has a locker room and complimentary robes/sandals you wear into a relaxing waiting room before your treatment. Mary was very knowledgable and has a warm, friendly manner. My appointment was the perfect balance of skin care education and relaxation. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Eau Claire!
Took my daughter here and there wasn't anywhere for me to sit to wait for her except a very small stool in the corner. It was very uncomfortable. The receptionist said she could "bend the rules" and let me sit in the lotus room as long as I didn't help myself to the "complimentary" refreshments since I wasn't a "paying customer". I didn't know what this meant since certainly my 17 year old daughter wasn't paying for an hour deep tissue massage. I was highly offended and felt extremely unwelcomed, basically treated like garbage. I ended sitting in my hot car on an 80 degree day because that was more comfortable than how I was made to feel. I will NEVER go here again!! We will definitely get our massages elsewhere and I recommend you do too!!
