I bought a new Kia back in 2006, it was a very good car. I traded it in a year later for a 2007 Ford Focus because I was planning on moving to a town where there wasn't a Kia dealer, and the closest one was 65 miles away. Even though Kia had a great warranty, to get warranty service you have to have it done by a Kia dealer. Whereas a Ford you can get warranty service basically anywhere. But as said earlier the Kia was a Good Car and I'm sure thier even better now..
They contacted me to sell them my vehicle. Asked mileage, make and model over the phone. I set an appointment to have it appraised. Without looking at the vehicle they said they weren't interested based on the make, model, mileage. planned this appointment into my very busy Saturday morning before work. Complete waste of time. Should have listened to the multiple people that I spoke with that also had poor experiences. seems like a gimmick to get people into their showroom even though I made it explicitly clear on the phone I was not in the market for a new vehicle.
