The manager is extremely rude and doesn't pay attention to her customers. We had to wait around for 5 minutes while she was in the back talking.
It was my first time visiting this location and the experience was nice and easy. Employees were nice and not pushy, Brittany was really nice and was able to point me in the right direction.
Always love coming here, you never know what you're going to find! Plus the staff is amazing as always.
I love shopping here however my only complaint is that majority of the things I wanted online aren't sold in their store.There was a Machine Gun Kelly tee I really wanted and my mom asked about it. One of the workers basically said they don't sell it because hes not big enough or well known enough.Even though he has a song in the top 20 on billboard right now. Ive never really had any problems here and the workers are realy nice for the most part.
Cool place. Employees are chill, not pushy. Maybe some people need their hands held while shopping, but I like to browse without being bothered. Nice funko selections too
