Third time here to get fitted for a suit for a wedding. Over a half hour wait each time. That's ridiculous, shouldn't have to wait that long.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! They have the worst service I have ever experienced. I called this store twice in order to change my pick up location to a more convenient location. Both times I was assured my tux would be ready in 2 business day at the new location and both times they forgot to mail it! Then on the day of the wedding the ring bearer, who also used this store, opened his tux bag and found out they forgot to put his tux back in the bag after he tried it on in the store. We called the store and they said there was nothing they could do. If you don't want to stress about your tux before the wedding DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!
This is the second location I've dealt with and this location far outperformed the first. Here they listened to my preferences and didn't try to upsell me nearly as much. Bogo was actually bogo, unlike the first location where bogo somehow turned into a $1500 estimate. All 4 employees that I've worked with here have been very courteous as well.
What a joke! Order shirts a month and a half in advance for friends wedding!! Didn't receive anything until the day of wedding, wrong size our pictures were scheduled at 11. We received shirts and vests at 1106 so we were late getting to the venue!! Bunch of lazy asses not doing there job! Go somewhere else!! Thanks
Fantastic staff headed by a great general manager, Kenny. Been going there for 10 years now and have always been a happy customer for everything from suits, shirts, tailoring, and tuxes. If you have an issue with a garment or need something adjusted, they'll fix it with a quick turnaround time. Highly recommended!
