Went here two nights in a row and they were closed at least fifteen minutes before the posted closing time. Don't waste your time.
Good luck!
Henry had 30 minutes in a botch job that was already several inches shorter than what she wanted. Then, we had another 45 minutes to fix the uneven layer mess and another quarter inch off.
I'd like to add in on the horrible comments above this... I have been going to pro cuts for a little over a year now. Every time I walk in, the girls are always cheerful and ready to help whoever comes in. Every single one of them have NOT once seemed unprofessional. They get their work done and do it to the customers liking. I have never had an issue with anything since I've been going there. The stylists have even gone way over my standards for how I'd like my hair styled/cut/colored and I have always walked out with a smile on my face!!!!! Keep up the AMAZING work girls!
HOWEVER!!! If you are female and care at all what your hair will look like after getting a cut (or trim), do not go to Henry!!
To all males- he probably can do a great job. He should stop cutting female hair, or coloring from the looks of things.
We received NO Apology from Henry. In fact, he was defensive and rude. (Granted we were very upset after what he attempted to do.)
He chopped my daughters hair, in attempted to trim her hair and layer. He completely botched her hair do. She wanted a shoulder length style with layers. We ended up with a chopped up mess, with uneven layers that were so noticeable to the eyes, We ended up getting a different stylist to fix it.
The females there are great have been getting my hair done there many times and they are easy in and out.
First time haircut here. Henry was great, friendly, and did a great job. I'll be going back!
Being defensive and stating that It is the customers fault is not usually good customer service. I would have thought in a management role, any school would teach managers this....
Secondly, if you have an unhappy customer, maybe try being kind, sympathetic, and refund some dollars towards a bad job.
Pro-cuts has been great. The girls there are helpful and the female stylists really know how to cut hair. They get you in and out, and leave with an inexpensive well cut do!
Word of advise , if you don't know how to layer or cut female hair, don't!!
I go see Jenni everytime I need something done!!! She's absolutely amazing and everyone who works there is super friendly!!!
