I've been to this spa and know the owner personally, so it's a relief to find out that review is clearly a mistake. That or some sad person with an agenda and too much time on their hands. I love this place. I have been going here for years and the service is always amazing. I get a lot of Skin Pen treatments and facials and the workers there are very skilled and friendly. I noticed the prior comment regarding how rude the staff was and I have never experienced that before with any of them. The owner is younger and she has done my facials and she is very sweet! I will continue to come here!
The tiny back room was cold and filled with huge florescent lights. My 1/2 leg wax didn't include feet or knees as other spas do, but cost the same. Aesthetician, though friendly enough, used a technique I am not familiar with which involved rubbing the cloth upward and pulling it off in short 1 inch bursts. Perhaps it's a new method, but it was unpleasant.
