My wife told me to try this salon again, it's so much better than it used to be.Tina was my stylist and she did a great job. Keep up the good work.
Tina is freaking amazing!!!! She took my box black, thick as hell hair and turned it into a beautiful blonde Ombre in two visits with virtually no damage and did an super cute shaped cut! (Don't get unrealistic ideas people, earth wasn't created in one day, and neither is box black hair to a stunning blonde ombre!) I'm extremely thankful to her, she definitely built some muscles styling my hair lol! She also did an amazing job on my son's hair! Thank you Tina! You rock!

Had a scheduled appointment for color as I was seated and doing a conditioner treatment the lady said the color is canaceled and I need to reschedule. Rescheduled for the next day, the call me to tell me yet again my appointment is canceled and the only person they had on hand was a girl who could only ae retail. Why keep the store open if you're just turning away costumers...
I gotta say, the last few times I was there, I was not impressed. However, my visit there today was much more improved. My stylist, Tina, was very proficient and on top of things. She did a great job. Things seem to be running more smoothly there-no more dismissive attitudes or run-arounds. Thanks Smartstyle :)
