The staff is amazing and helped me in a very hard time in my life and I will be forever grateful. Best place to donate anything too as they educate parents about many different things in order for them to get the free stuff they have to earn it! Love this place.
Here is my issue with this place: They emphasize "non-judgmental" consultation, and claim they help make "positive life decisions". They provide a way to inform the men/women who seek guidance during an unplanned pregnancy. They claim to not be biased, but being an outspoken "Pro-Life" center, there is clear bias. I have asked, myself, for information on what they provide people in crisis. Their website is misleading in their advertising for information. They do not provide full and accurate information on sexual education. APPLE's affiliated website CareNet seems overtly bias, unprofessional, and there are bugs to work out with their home page. They have "links" that supposedly go to other sites, but instead goes to a page with the number to contact the center for counseling. They do not lay out all the options for an individual, and pressure confused people in "crisis" pregnancies to choosing what they decide for them. The biggest thing is their omission of information on their websites for what the options are for an individual, which mislead "clients" to utilize their services, pressuring them to make decisions that they do not necessarily want.
I love going to my weekly appointments. The staff are your friends and care so much about you. Lovely place to be.
