Would recommend Midwest Meals to anyone looking to get in shape. I started getting meals a couple weeks after they opened and I'm very happy with the results I have achieved! Diet is roughly 70% of the progress you make, wether it be weight loss, fat loss, muscle toning or gaining muscle. Dan is a very helpful guy and always exceeding my expectiaions on service.
