I've received very good service from this company. Not sure about Joe's experience, but I would recommend them. On time, respectful and courteous employees. I've used other ServPros in the past as well and never had a bad experience.
I had some ceiling work done after our roof leaked. The employee's were excellent when they showed up. We waited up to a week between each phase of the process, in fact we're still waiting! I'm giving them 3 more days to finish or I'm doing the final trim work myself. It seems that I am not a priority to them. It should have been a red flag when I had to call multiple times to get them started. I definitely will not contact Servpro for future needs.
I had a water damage in my house about 6 months ago. I thought that they were very professional and prompt. Mike and his team took care of my house and my needs. We had Carpet City also install our carpet, so hats off to them as well. I was just looking them up for a carpet cleaning in some more rooms in my house, just thought I would weigh in on the subject. Do not want one person to ruin such a good group of people.

Your post seems like you have had us in your home for a restoration job with all of the supposed contact you had with us. Please call me at your earliest convenience. I would gladly reconcile any issues that you may have if I knew who you were and what issue you may have had. For anyone else out there, please do not hesitate to look into the better business bureau, and check into our stellar record of customer service for yourselves.
