I recently purchased a new mattress and bed and I am so happy with the service and product I received from PM Sleep Center in Eau Claire... Kayla was the salesperson who helped me and she was great, knew what she was selling, offered very good advice in what I needed to look for and what she felt was important .... The other sales personnel there also were extremely knowledgeable and helpful they all worked together as a team and I never once felt any pressure to buy which I feel made my experience with their team of professionals so much more beneficial cause it was really all about what was best for me.... they offer top of the line products I felt for very reasonable prices and they are willing to work with you I felt n want to make sure you know of any upcoming sales because I felt they cared more about my experience than anything having to do with them....never once felt pressured... plus I was able to find the exact bed I was looking for thru one of their catalogs and Kayla was more than happy to do all she could to make me aware of all my possibilities plus I was able to find the cool gel mattress cover I needed and pillows I was seeking :... I would recommend PM Sleep Center to anyone seeking a new mattress and/or bed of any type, in any price range or anything for your home, with such quality service from such a caring team of professionals Kayla and the entire team at PM Sleep Center are the people you want to shop with

We've bought many things from them over the years. There was a problem with the new mattress we bought (shipping damage). They very graciously replaced it. Couldn't be happier with the service.
