Outstanding historic baseball stadium. Nice museum. Great playground and picnic facilities. Logging village is definitely worth a visit. Also has great fishing spots. Surrounded by a lake that is great for canoeing or kayaking - no power boats.
Spacious green spaces, clean restrooms, nice playground and pavillions for groups. One of my family's favorites.
It is a nice park that is very accessible. The fishing is good, although it is fished heavily. May fishing is the best. Towards the middle of the summer, algae and water weeds take over and catching fish becomes very difficult. Minnows are the best bait. Good place to take youngsters to practice fishing, but you are not guaranteed even a bite, so it will definitely teach them patience.
Wonderful park with a variety of activities. We have enjoyed a car show, music, crafts, food, football and a children's trainride. We also picnic and use playground.
Beautiful park with biking, walking trails, horseshoe pits and events hosted by UWEC, the city of Eau Claire and other local / national groups. Spent many days fishing for sunnies off their fishing pier, ran a marathon, remember the trails lead into all parts of EC downtown.
