Teamwork severely lacking. Manager ordered staff to perform tasks as she sat and talked to an off duty employee behind the counter. I felt so bad for the girl who was in training, like her first day. Food was good, but if very much rather spend my money across town where the energy is positive.
I ordered a $6 lunch box. And they gave me my soda and sunda and then parked me for a good ten minutes and then brought me my sandwich and no fries. And then came back with my fries after i asked why i didnt get them. Poor service all around.
Stopped in for a quick bite on my way home. Ordered a meal to go and a blizzard. Took over 15 minutes to get my food and it was wrong so I had to go back. They made it right but that took another 5 minutes. The tables were dirty, the floor was dirty, the area where they made the blizzard and the blender were dirty. The only good thing is that I know better than to stop agian. Nothing worse than getting back on the road only to find your sandwich was made wrong.
Friendly staff but the service is always so slow. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes for 1 cheeseburger every single time. Jokes on me for coming back to give it another try.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very fast and tasted like any DQ. I would have rated higher but the place was a mess. Staff very busy. One young lady was on her break eating lunch and stopped to come help us order. Bathroom was clean and smelled good.
