Found this spot on Trip Advisor while traveling back to Minneapolis. Great service. Homemade meals. Highly recommend. Did I mention homemade cookies and pies!?
Very comfortable, homey atmosphere. Staff was very friendly. Food was delicious. Wife had an everything omelet that she could barely finish, but forced herself to because it was that tasty. I got chicken tenders with sausage gravy. Possibly the best breakfast gravy I've ever had. Affordable too. Only knock was both of our servings of toast were overdone, but you don't come for the toast
Great performance in customer service, great food size portions for great price. Forget fast food, this is a must eat place to go. At busiest times, to wait for your meal is an average of 37min. flawless. If your visiting the area and are looking for family comforting surrounding and friendly, this is it.
Traveling from southern Wisconsin with my four kids and wife we wanted a nice family restaurant without the fast food. I started with the pumpkin spice cappuccino that was fabulous. I had the half hungry man, my son had the hungry man my wife had the everything omelet, mother two sons had the French toast and my duaghter ate off the kids menu (Mouse pancakes) ...food was excellent and priced appropriately.. would have gotten 5 stars but the processed cheese on the omelet raised some eyebrows... after all this is Wisconsin..other than that well done.
Good food. Great prices. Good friendly service. The menu is what you would expect in a family restaurant. Best pancakes in Eau Claire. This is a business that focuses on giving back to the community.
