This was my first time back to this location in a couple years because the food used to be terrible at this location specifically. Are at other RR's without issue however. This time was fantastic though! Way to go EC RR! Finally good service and good food!
Always a great environment. Someone who I think is a manager kept checking on us to make sure we were doing well. Good food and variety.
This is the kind of corporate neighborhood burguer joint that I really don't like. Every burger I have had has been great though and some times I want to eat a bunch of french fries and the fries here are good. But the atmosphere bugs me and the food does not carry out well so I recommend eating in the bar. I wish the food here sucked so I could be more secure in my pretentious idintity but it's good eating
I ordered the Whiskey River BBQ Burger with a side of broccoli. The burger was delicious, cooked medium for good flavor. The broccoli was also pretty good, a little too crunchy for me though. Finished with a Cookie Magic milkshake: a chocolate shake with Oreo pieces topped with whipped cream and sprinkles. It was very good. I would give the place 4/5 points for cleanliness. The restrooms were also pretty clean although they felt grungy. The staff was friendly and helpful. 5/5 stars for a very good dining experience.
Ordered for a large group, 25 people to go. They left all the orders on the bar top and made me make 6 trips with zero assistance. Sadly a manager was the one who dropped all off at the bar. We order out every Friday and will not order there again. Even though the food was great. Luckily our cash tip never made it to their pockets with that garbage of service.
