This place is genuine rat a$$ service and we ordered all apps which were all extremely over cooked. Pretzels, onion rings, wings, and pot stickers were destroyed via over cooking. Don't go here, it's horrible. 3rd time with this happening.
We just ate at TGIF and had the full rack of ribs.....yum, yum, they were just delicious, I would recommend them to everyone, but our best experience besides the ribs was our waitress Megan, she did an outstanding job, they were very short handed tonight but she was awesome, did such a great job. Thank you Megan for giving us such a wonderful experience at TGIF and we plan to come back again and want you for our waitress.
This place used to be so good! I remember getting the appetizer where I can pick any 3 items. The mozzerella sticks were to die for back then, now they’re pale, fall apart easily, and not crispy at all. I miss the fried green beans and when the wings were actually good. Terrible service, took 25 minuets to get an app. I miss how the menu and service used to be. Sad to see this place go down the toilet.
Black Friday Funny! My family and I finally got to eat around 8:00pm. We entered and got seated right away. The place was empty. Should have been our first indication to bolt. Everything went down hill from there. We had to ask after 20 min. for someone to take out order, we laughed when we were served our nachos and other Apps. 1 hour later. The 12.00 nachos were literally a single layer of chips placed around dipping sauce, fit for 1/2 person. Our trio app platter was good but cold. This place will go out of business within a year if this is their normal restaurant protocol. Yikes!

I have never had a problem with tgi Fridays. Food is always good and cooked to my liking. But tonight is different. We waited about 1 hour for our food, on a slow night. I have never been disappointed by them until tonight. TGI Fridays, step up your game or my business will be taken else where.
