I've been shopping here for over ten years. Today I had a great experience: the manager gave me an exchange for a factory defect on 4 month old boots, they had blown out on the side. The only thing the store could use, is a little more organization.
Prices are not super low but 1/2 off the 2nd pair makes up for that. Selection is good and they can always order for you. This is a reliable, high quality shoe store.
6 stars. Came in for walking shoes, and couldn't be more pleased. We had a 50% off coupon from a while back, and they accepted it, saving us about $50. Also, my wife lost her purse here, but the staff found it and held it for us after we went out to eat. Amazing!
