I had a terrible experience with the mangers and associates. They offer special delivery and special orders. I bought shoes at the store and was told it would get sent right? They said it was fast and would in less than a week. I thought awesome! I was wrong!!! I let 6 weeks pass just because I thought there was shipping issues because she rang it up as a store payment and not a special order payment. I call the management and they said they'd take care of it and NEVER DID until it forced me to call the store every day! The managers had very poor team communication to each other. It took almost 2 months to get my package. Very upset.
hey super sorry for any one who had a bad experience here at encore , i just moved in the area and this is one of my jobs , come thru on one of my shifts usually 5-9 I'm usually quiet but I'm well with helping , so come buy shoes ,help me help you .
When I called everyday, one lady said to me "you're that oriental girl right that calls everyday?" Racist much?! Nobody knew how to do their job, I don't care if it's a "new store" get your crap together if you want to be efficient and successful.
ALSO I emailed the actual company site of the store and they never returned my emails either.

Bought a pair of dressing shoes for work. The bottom of the shoes were literally falling apart in multiple places after less than 3 months. I've worn the same pair of shoes for years and never had the shoes fall apart like this. Easily the worst pair of shoes I've ever owned. I took them back to the store and they said there was nothing they could do. They don't stand behind their products at all. I will never buy anything from them again seeing what junk they sell.
Great prices and wonderful employees, always answer questions to the best of their knowledge and the prices are unbeatable.
The associates are wonderful can't beat the prices use to go to trade home not anymore really hope the store stays in eau Claire
