Very helpful checked my engine light for free
We had an oil seal break on our engine and the workers went above and beyond to get us back on the road. The Manager Deanna was kind enough to accomodate us in anyway she could. Best service I have received in a long time. They were willing to do anything to help a family of complete strangers from out of state. I would recommend the Eau Claire store to anyone in need. The one in Menomonie we stopped at first was extremely helpful in getting us the part we needed too. That's how we ended up in Eau Claire. Fabulous workers really are what makes a great business!
Deanna at the Vine St. Store is awesome, she will go over and above to help the customers. I took a crazy brake parts problem in to the store and she made sure I left with what I needed for parts. It's employees like her that keeps me coming back.
Very helpful and friendly staff, quality products, and good sales. I admitted my level of knowledge (low) which really opened up their opinions about what I wanted to do. They recycle oil free of charge, but do not recycle oil filets.
The staff was helpfull and speedy. I was in and out quickly with every thing I needed.
