Good customer service
I went to pick up an A/C charging kit and the customer service was amazing! I don't know anything about cars and Andrew explained all of the steps. Then he even went so far as to walk out to the parking lot and coach me. With his guidance, this novice charged her A/C for the first time :) Really awesome service!
