Friendly people but when I got my car back there was oil stains and grease on my steering wheel and seats. Unprofessional to say the least. I could also hear a lady saying she thought she messed up while working on my car which makes me nervous. Won't have my business again.
Crooks. Needed money down for parts before he would order the parts I needed for my car. Never did get a call and never received the parts after several attempts. Chris Anderson personally took my money and offered me used parts when I confronted him. Do not trust this place.
Moved into neighborhood a few months ago. Notice the sign along road in and out of area. Had an emergency issue of a shredded serpentine belt. They gave me a ride home and called within the hour with estimate. Serviced quickly. Reasonable priced. Deffently see them again with service needs.

Jason is an excellent mechanic, and knows what needs to be done, gets it done properly the first time, and knows what doesn't need to be done, therein saving time and money. I was in Colorado recently, noticed some people wearing Eau Claire hats and asked if they knew of Anderson Automotive and they said YES, they bring all of their cars there and the new owner is a highly recommended competent mechanic.
