Working with Carpet City was very easy and enjoyable! They helped me select the right style and best brand for our family room. When I couldn't decide on a color, they ordered free samples which was great because the color I thought I wanted ended up not being the right color. I ordered another color and absolutely love it! I also used Carpet City for stone panels to update our fireplace surround. They look amazing and coordinate perfectly with the new carpet. Overall, very good experience!! Thank you!

He worked with us in finding the time to measure the square footage needed around our schedule and worked around our closing date in the house to get the old carpet removed and the new carpet installed.
