Sale catalog came out so I went to get something advertised. Drive there in the freezing, blustery weather. They said they didn't have and may not get the item. Was told to order it online. What was so frustrating was that it was $20 more online and then I had to pay $10 shipping and an additional $5 surcharge. Very frustrating!!!
Just a note, usually when you do get a staff member they are extremely friendly nice and accurate.
There's never enough cashiers. The self checkout seems to only work when it wants to. It's usually a general lack of staff to ask questions.
Sad. I remember this Brand New in 80's. I was Awestruck! Was so Modern, ORANGE, and Nice.

Prices were decent. Returned a pair of jeans because one leg was longer than the other. Employee hung it back on the rack to sell again lol
Other than that the store is clean and it usually has what I'm looking for. The prices are fair.
Avoid ordering online for in-store pick up. If the item sells out in store while your order is processing they will just cancel your order and not attempt to have the item shipped to the store from their warehouse. The managers are incompetent and do not offer alternative solutions. The item was still in-stock online and they would not honor the sale price for repurchase and delivery. Stick with Amazon/Target/Wal-Mart!
Now it's old and rundown. Mismatched cracked floor tiles. Bent Rusty shelves. Void of shoppers. Cracked old sidewalks. Boring brown color. Looks just like a sad Kmart. I left Eau Claire in 1988. Just returned for a visit and had to see Shopko. Left disappointed.
