The store is hardly actually open during the posted business hours and the people running it can be less than helpful

Signed me up for a plan that I didn't want had to spend a hour on the phone to fix my stuff with customer service. Manager here is rude and unfriendly charges a activation fee when you can activate your phone by yourself for fee I recommend this to activate on your own it's easy and FREE versus having to pay a fee for this store to do it
