Everybody at this store has always been helpful. I really appreciate that they work with ECHA to get pets adopted. Pet Perks gets us discounts and also emailed receipts, so we have the receipt if we need it- but we never do anyway and it saves paper. Most of the staff seems fairly knowledgeable- and if they don't know they've generally just told me that instead of making things up, which I appreciate SOOOO much (incorrect information isn't helpful and we take pet care seriously- our pets are treated better than some kids it seems... which is sad for the kids but we love our pets.) Their nametag engraving thing works well too and is really quick- but I think a lot of stores have those now.
The only pet store we shop at in town. Great prices, extremely knowledgeable staff who are enthusiastic about the animals. They really know their stuff here. My wife and I love to come grab a feather toy for cats and play with the cats thru the windows. Good exercise for the cats as well.
I'm so upset right now! I bought sentury flea collars for my 3 cats, and this product completely burned their hair off all around their neck, and they have blisters!! I'm so glad I noticed before it was to late. I then did some research and there are hundreds of negative reviews with this product, even to the extent of people losing their babies from this product! I'm extremely mad that a reputable company such as pets mart would even offer this product to their customers! Apparently no one can get in contact with the sentury company to file a lawsuit! I will not return to pets mart until they stop supporting this company that has been the cause of so many deaths and sickness of these animals. Shame on you for offering this to your customers!
I took our dog Homer in to get a butt trimming the other day. The staff are always very pleasant and seem like they truly enjoy what they do. The BIG plus is they take walk-ins. Granted a butt trimming doesn't take terribly long, but still a very nice plus. Prices are very reasonable for services, again a plus. At checkout, a treat is always offered to your furry 4-legged kid, and again a very nice and kind plus. I will always go to PetSmart for my dogs needs. Love this place!! ❤
