The appointment schedule was done online, it was fast and easy and I knew exactly how much I was going to pay for the service. They were thorough with their process and everything was done smoothly and professionally. Their customer service were great! The guy who greet me offer me coffee and the choice of watching TV since I was waiting for my windshield to be done. Very nice gentleman. I would recommend safelite to my friends and family.
I went in to have a small crack in my windshield fixed. AAA set up the appointment for me, so I have no comment regarding scheduling. I arrived 5 minutes early and they were immediately ready to go when I got there. They estimated a 30 minute repair time and that's very close to what I waited (give or take 2 or 3 minutes). They were friendly and explained the repair process (as well as possible risks) in terms I understood. They didn't press any additional services or products on me. Great service!!
