Well go to get an oil change, very nice people. Get into my car drive on 94. Oil light comes on car dies. Pull into the side look at my dip stick and get this no freaking oil. Dad comes with oil, pours out the bottom of my car.
Saved $100 going to Sears for rear brakes/rotors. Staff ensured what I would be paying out the door.
Doing my job as a consumer giving my rating and it looks like others have as well. Majority looks negative.
Poor service. Got my car fixed up at a different place in town after being denied any type of help with the first problem i ever had. I was a repeat customer up to this point. I will not return because i don't trust the people who work there. Plain and simple.
Good prices but don't honor road hazard warranty on tires even for side wall damage if 50,000 mile warranty show too much wear after 30,000 miles.... What??? Very disappointed was a good customer but no more...
They did a tire repair for me with only 10 minutes' notice for $20. (Removed a screw from the tread and patched it.) Very friendly and helpful staff.
