Broke my oil dipstick and didn't replace it. Bought a new one myself but they left what was left of the old one in the tube. When asked to remove the broken stick they tried to charge 20 bucks. After much arguing with multiple people they did it for no cost. The vehicle should not have left with broken parts to begin with. The other day I noticed that they also broke one of my valve stems and scratched my wheel. I had an oil change and tires rebalalanced and rotated. Everyone was super nice until I asked them to help with the dipstick. Not recommended by any stretch of the imagination.
I might be the least mechanically inclined person on the planet. And it reared it's ugly head recently when I could not even figure out how to replace my worn out wiperblades. I stopped by the Youngstedts and the man at the front desk said he would get someone to help. Within 1 minute Phil came out an showed me how to replace the wiperblade. So relieved, as it is starting to storm out, and I have 1 hour drive ahead of me in the rain. Thanks Youngstedts!!!
Called youngsters today because I had a bolt in my tire when i was going down highway, i googled a tire shop and they were the only shop still open, drive there and they assessed the problem and put my spare on for me and never charged me, great honest people, definitely found a new place to go for book changes, they got my business

Soooo pleased with the service I received today! Stopped in on a whim yesterday (the Friday before the 4th, mind you) because of some brake issues I was having and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment today. Fixed everything up within about an hour and got me on my way! Very, very reasonably priced and I got my peace of mind back, as I was planning on traveling for the weekend. Thank you guys so much! For sure would recommend!
