My parents purchased a mattress from this place a year ago and took out the extra warranty. Since day 1 the mattress had a dip on it where you would roll to 1 side. I even stayed with them for a week and couldn't even sleep on it because it gave me such a back ache. I finally got my mom to call and complain and they sent someone out to say it wasn't covered under the warranty because she had taken the mattress pad off to show the guy the dip in the bed, are you kidding me!!! Unbelievable and disgusting that you pay all this money which I told them they were way over charged then to spend extra on extended warranty on a defective bed they sold my parents. Stay away!!! I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on them. Never gave them anything in writing saying that it's not covered either!!! I will be telling everyone I know about this place how they treat people and they like ripping people off !

Love it, I've been going through them for almost two years very helpful. Always have been great with me and understanding if you talk with them. Great personality's always love walking into the store cause everyone is so happy. Almost done with paying off my furniture and will be getting more after.
