Good store; note that's it's not a corporate sprint so they can't do much with your phone.
There was an incredibly rude woman at the desk. She had a plate full of buffalo wings and was eating them while talking to me. Then when I tried to exchange/fix my phone she said they aren't a corporate store and cant do that here. She wouldn't even talk to my dad on the phone to explain what was going on to him. I drove an hour out of my way to come there. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer, ever. She had a large rose tattoo on her arm but I didn't catch her name. A manager should speak to her immediately.

Went there looking to buy a sim card kit, learned that they are not a corporate store, but that "the Best Buy nearby keeps sprint SIM card kits in stock" so I went over to the nearest Best Buy, and Best Buy did not have the card I need in stock. Customer service was alright, but do not appreciate being lied to.
There service sucked vary rude tried telling me there not authorize to credit an accout tried telling me that there the only sprint storevin the area
