Good place to go if you need supplies today. Otherwise, yould do much better buying your stuff online. Store is clean, and the staff are friendly.
Spent about 25 minutes in the store walking up and down every isle looking for one thing and was never asked for help in an almost empty store, in the middle of the day, on a Sunday. I did eventually find what I was looking for but chose to buy it elsewhere because of the poor customer service. Upon leaving, I was asked by an associate who was chatting with 2 others at the register, no customers, if I needed assistance. Office Max/ Depot has got to step up its game if it wants to make it long term. This year stores like Toys'r Us met bankruptcy. Gotta step up the customer service if you want to survive. Sure it's easy to say it is always the price that drives customers to not shop, but really it is the experience and physically touching the product. Every customer should be greeted and checked up on. I am now going to buy my product on Amazon, not because it is easier, but because I feel like they will appreciate me as a customer more.

Had a great experience getting help finding things I needed. I need to mention the person helping me, Nate Johnson. He was very helpful, and worked with me on prices to meet my budget for school.
The service reps here were able to help me resolve an issue caused by another location on my rewards account. On another occasion, they matched an expired price (almost 50% off) on paper without even making me wait while someone verified that I was telling the truth about the missed sale sign. This is definitely one of the best Office Depot locations.
