In the last 5 years I have used this company for computer issues. They are the best. Easy to work with, easy to understand. No fee for diagnosis. I purchased 2 used computers 16-18 months ago. One had a glitch in the first 4 months. They fixed it. 1 year later it reappeared. Well beyond any companies warranty. The owner stepped up and swapped us into a newer model at no cost to us. Unbelievable service. Only from a small business owner dedicated to service. I know of 4 people I have referred them to and all are satisfied. This is a company you can trust.
Needed a laptop ASAP for school but didn’t want to spend too much money. Didn’t realize they sold used laptops here! We worked with Nick, he was so helpful! Answered all of our questions truthfully and made us feel good about our purchase! Very knowledgeable! They are installing virus protection and we speak and then we will be bringing our “new” laptop home! Yahoo, even comes with a one year warranty. Couldn’t be happier, definitely recommend!

I live about 1 block from Ram Technologies, for 6 yrs now. I'm very much into computers and own about 14 computing devices.. Over the years I've bought 4 Refurbished Laptops and 3 Desktop's from RAM Technologies, they have all performed like NEW.. I've also had repairs done at RAM Technologies. Diagnostics are Free. It's MY OPINION that Ram Technologies is the place to go to, if you live around Eau Claire, and are in the market for a Refurbished PC, or you need your PC Repaired !!!
