We went to return a cell phone hot spot and with it we brought a card stock envelope that instructed us how to return it. It clearly stated we could go through Ups or return in store. As soon as we came to the store the man was sitting up on the counter playing on his phone. We showed him what we would like to return and he immediately seemed to dismiss us telling us T-mobile won't return in store. This was after we had been in store a couple days earlier when another employee said they would return it but we had brought the wrong thing and told us exactly what to bring in. Today this employee basically refused to help, and became more interested in his friend who came in and wanted to hang out. His continued to talk to his friend while scrolling through his computer and telling my mother there was no way to return it. I think perhaps T-mobile should look closer at how terrible customers are reviewing them and find a way to solve it.
Today I addressed my bill being way over the normal cost. They could not help me in store and directed me to the 611 line. They looked over and over the bill and told me that because I switched in the middle of my plan and the charges were valid and they could not do anything but credit me 5 dollars back. This switch was made a day before the new data cycle. They charged me for the new data, capping the old just before the new cycle..I am so disappointed today. Before this I had no problems. They should have been able to do more, I feel wronged. Goodbye $40 of wrongfully overchargedness. Nothing against the sales associates in the store, they are great and usually pretty helpful, I am just disappoint at T Mobil itself today.

Really unprofessional. Not that I don't appreciate a "relaxed" atmosphere in a place like this; but when an employee is more concerned with finding a profanity-laden song to play over the stereo than listening to the customer, who's there with a 5 year old, it's a little annoying. Or when you're having a real issue, and one guy is thumbing thru your phone while another stands behind the counter with a buddy that doesn't work there, talking about whatever the entire time, also annoying. And they've never seemed to know much except "I haven't heard of that before" or "well let's factory reset it". It's the only one near me, that's the only reason I keep going there.
